Our History

On the turquoise waters of Hinitsa, one of the most classic tavernas of Ermionida, with a history dating back to 1955, is in its second youthful phase since grandmother Eleni’s grandson George Antoniou took over.

The elegant environment, decorated in relaxed colours, creates an atmosphere that embraces history and reflects the love of tradition. Our menu is full of creative suggestions, from pumpkin chips and grilled eggplant salad, to orzo lobster and shrimp pasta. For fresh, large local fish, make arrangements in advance.
